With nearly a decade of experience in the service and hospitality industry, Justin LeBlanc has taken on almost every imaginable role in a restaurant and bar. His passionate approach to hospitality and his charisma quickly led him to various management positions, becoming the youngest operating manager for the JOEY Restaurant Group in North America.
His staff have gone on to win multiple international awards in the hospitality industry and some have moved into positions with top cocktail restaurants in the world such as Bar Chef and Reverie in the Park
Following his management role at JOEY, Justin founded Rolling Cocktails, a premium bartending service that specializes in creating and serving one-of-a-kind crafted cocktails at local events.
